For those of you who have not heard, or just heard bits and pieces, I turned in my notice at SERVPRO, because I was offered a job at Treasure Island Resort and Casino. While I did give a two-week notice, SERVPRO chose not to honor it which gave me a jumpstart on my training at T.I. I have no bad feelings towards SERVPRO and I wish them the best, it was just time for a change.
Some of the training through SERVPRO the last couple of years has helped me out at my new job. Customer interactions, planning and goals, even dealing with difficult situations. For that, I am very thankful and also proud of what I accomplished with them.
THAT is the reason that everything changed around on this website, I knew things were in motion with my new job and I wanted to make some changes all while raising the bar for me to communicate to you guys.
I have some great ideas for this blog and am continuing to do the podcast and working hard to give all of my readers/fans something to be proud to read and listen to. Just let me get through my training and I will continue to do my best to give all of you a reason to “Turn It Around.”
